Learning With Einstein

Albert Einstein is a well-known physicist and Nobel Prize winner born in Württemberg, Germany. Throughout his life his search for knowledge brought him theories and discoveries that continue to profoundly impact on our world today. Here are some little known facts about this famous man:

  1. Speech - Einstein did not start speaking until at least the age of three.

  2. Beginning of the search for answers - At the age of five, his father showed him a simple pocket compass. He was mesmerized with the force that made the need point in a single direction. It was said to be the beginning of Einstein's fascination with science.
